MIBRASA accompanying haute cuisine chefs at Despesques 2024

Mibrasa, partner in Despesques 2024. Despesques is an international discussion forum held every two years and promoted by the chef Ángel León (Aponiente Restaurant***). The central motive of the event is to promote a sustainable revolution to reflect on environmental challenges and how to take a step forward.


A weekend surrounded by haute cuisine, with renowned national and international chefs, as well as music, conferences and shows in a festive atmosphere.


Mibrasa had a presence with a charcoal oven, a parrilla and a robata. However, due to inclement weather and the fact that it was not possible to hold the event outdoors at Wakana Lake, we only used and worked with the robata. We also got the attention of the people who were part of the event with the fire and live embers.

We are very grateful to have been able to enjoy this experience.
