The new culinary school located at Campus Córdoba led by Paco Morales, chef and owner of Noor 3 Michelin star restaurant,features a new Mibrasa Vision. This bespoke configuration has been designed and built specifically for the school, incorporating a charcoal oven, a double Parrilla grill, and a dedicated fire cooking line for rice. Everything has been carefully constructed to meet the academy’s educational needs, providing students with comprehensive training to master fire and live embers.
