For more than 10 years Bo.TiC** has been offering signature gastronomic creations while staying true to the essence of traditional Catalan cuisine.

 

Inside the kitchen at Bo.TiC**, it is home to the Mibrasa Robatayaki RM SE 60 grill that allows Albert and his team to play with cooking techniques that bring subtle touches of smokiness to their dishes. A unique feature with some dishes when ordering from the tasting menu are the Mibrasa Hibachi MH150 grills that are served at the table to keep the ingredient warm and so the diner can finish off the cooking process to their desired doneness.
