45 chefs with a total of 31 Michelin stars chose Forum Gastronomic Barcelona 2019 as their platform to showcase their newest and most innovative ideas, coming together to discuss the latest and emerging culinary trends in the European food and beverage sector.

At our stand this year, our team of Mibrasa chefs prepared a menu designed and created for the occasion cooking from our Mibrasa charcoal oven and Robatayaki open grill.
