Inspiring the future with students from Gasma

Last October we were at culinary school GASMA (Gastronomy and Culinary Management Campus) in Valencia (Spain) to give a Mibrasa Masterclass for the Masters course in ‘Gastronomic Re-evolution‘ with students from all over the world.

The Masterclass is lead by Mibrasa corporate chef, Marcos Gonzaléz, where he teaches a range of grilling techniques and explains the full potential Mibrasa grills can bring to future kitchens.

The gastronomic creations from the session incorporate at least one charcoal cooking technique, using the Mibrasa Charcoal OvenRobatayaki and Hibachi grills.
