Press conference Girona Firatast's head quarters

Yesterday Firatast Girona, held a press conference at their head office to present this year’s Firatast Girona 2015. With the collaboration of chef, Rodrigo Palet, executive chef and owner of restaurant Umai Girona and seafood suppliers, Puignau, Mibrasa gave a special food tasting of oysters grilled in the Mibrasa.


Mibrasa will take part in its first Girona Firatast who are hosting their 22nd edition and which will be taking place between the 9th and the 12th of October at Palau de Fires. We welcome you to join us and taste a selection of our dishes especially created for Firatast.
