MIBRASA has begun the year taking part in HORECAVA 2014 (Amsterdam), the most important fair in the Netherlands within the HORECA sector, which took place from the 13th – 16th January.

They were four fantastic days, in which we cooked a wide variety of dishes in the “Holland Restaurant” together with our Dutch distributor, REGEER. The space was dedicated to, and reserved for Deli XL, a leader in the field of food distribution in the catering and hospitality sector.

We were also there with our distributor, ROSVAL, which exhibited a MIBRASA HMB 75 and was able to project videos of our charcoal oven in action.

We would like to thank our partners REGEERT and ROSVAL for their consideration and dedication to Mibrasa. We would also like to thank all our visitors with whom we shared these days filled with superb dishes cooked in our very own Mibrasa oven.
