MIBRASA at Hostelco - Alimentaria 2024

This is not the first time we have participated in Hostelco - Alimentaria and once again we can say that the experience has been fantastic!

We have met with hospitality professionals from all over the world and we have enjoyed presenting Mibrasa solutions to everyone.

We organised two presentations on different days with restaurants in the area so that they could show the public the potential of our Mibrasa equipment: charcoal oven and parrilla so that they could taste the dishes afterwards.

The chefs from the Divinum restaurant in Girona and the Toc al Mar restaurant in Begur lived up to expectations; they did not disappoint!

Once again, we were able to enjoy Fisan's Iberian meats for our preparations at the fair. And they were able to enjoy the Mibrasa charcoal oven cooking at their stand.
