Every Mibrasa client is important to us, but it makes us particularly excited to learn about unique kitchen projects like the story of Mooma cider farm. After dedicating decades to cultivating apples, Mooma have decided to take the leap to become the first Catalan cider producers.


In the middle of the apple orchards lies Mas Saulot, where the cider is made and the site for its restaurant. After a tour of the farm and installations, guests are welcomed to try a select menu based around, of course, apples; including salads to locally sourced meat and fish cooked in the Mibrasa oven. Rest assured you’ll be dining regional Catalan cuisine using only local produce that can also be served as sharing plates. Take the whole day out at Mooma and find yourselves amid unforgettable natural surroundings; balancing out just the right amount of tradition and modernity.


What can we say? Our Mibrasa AB-SB 110 oven couldn’t have found itself a better home.
