With an intimate dining room of 14 seats and an open kitchen home to their Mibrasa charcoal oven, guests receive a very exclusive dining experience.  Located in the USA’s heartland of agriculture, Chef Josiah sources his ingredients directly from the Californian farmers themselves to use to form his nine-course tasting menu showcasing modern and classic techniques with flavours influenced from all around the world.
