MIBRASA® - Charcoal Oven, Parrilla, Robatayaki and Hibachi

MIBRASA event in Puerto Natales, Patagonia with our distributor in Chile, Marsol

On the 14th March 2020, we travelled to the beautiful remote region of Puerto Natales (South Chile) to host a gastronomic event organized together with our exclusive distributor in Chile, Marsol.

 

The event took place in the Restaurant Remota Patagonia joint with hotel Remota Patagonia Lodge. The event hosted approximately 100 guests comprised of chefs, hoteliers and business owners of the hospitality sector from the surrounding area. The guests were given a presentation on the Mibrasa charcoal oven and a cooking demonstration by Paul Ingaroca, (Mibrasa chef owner of restaurant Sants vermuteria in Lima, Peru and Francisco Barros (Corporate chef of Marsol).

 

The cooking demonstration served a tasting menu of dishes cooked entirely in the Mibrasa charcoal oven and comprised of an eclectic menu of local meat, Spanish paella rice with spider crab and smoky onion soup, previously roasted during light up.
