MIBRASA® - Charcoal Oven, Parrilla, Robatayaki and Hibachi

SIRHA LYON 2025

Mibrasa participated in the latest edition of Sirha Lyon 2025 (January 23-27), a five-day event dedicated to the hospitality industry, where we were able to meet with clients and very good friends.

There's no doubt that this was a great and important opportunity at Eurexpo de Lyon, together with AV Systems, to get closer to the French public at one of the most important exhibitions in the world.

On this occasion, our team of chefs prepared a six-course menu consisting of:
  • Roasted leek, smoked béchamel, and black garlic emulsion
  • Mibrasa chicken brioche
  • Iberian jowl, sweet potato, and pickled turnip
  • Roasted fish, hollandaise, and grilled green beans
  • Entrecote with caramelized piquillo peppers and Mibrasa potatoes
  • Baked apple with foam and walnut crumble
