MIBRASA is cranking up the temperature at the Secret Foodie Society

There might only be a few things the Secret Foodie Society has let us in on, but one thing we are sure about, is we’ll be there!

 

The focus of the project, to experience gastronomy in a wondrous and clandestine fashion from the hands of emerging chefs, in a setting boasting of curiosity and intrigue; the Foodie Pop-Up Experiences are reinventing the birthplace of underground.

 

This year, the renamed Secret Foodie Society from the BCN Foodie Guide is celebrating the 5 elements of nature: AIRE (air), AGUA (water), FUEGO (fire), TIERRA (earth) and ÉTER (ether). If you dare enter their venture, be prepared to question your senses for a culinary awakening to our most basic and rooted elements.


Mibrasa played its role in 2 of the 5 elements, AGUA, lead by Víctor García from restaurant Plata Bistro, and FUEGO with Laila Bazahm, from restaurant Hawker45. Make sure to book yourself in for the next event, TIERRA on the 27th September!
