MIBRASA INSTALLED IN THE MICHELIN STARRED DUTCH RESTAURANT LA TRINITÉ

"La Trinite" is located in Sluis, Holland. Managed by chef Francois de Potter and awarded with 1 Michelin star and 17 Gault Millau points, we are now proud to announce the new member of its kitchen, a black MIBRASA HMB 75 oven.

The restaurant's cuisine is based mainly on balanced dishes, paying a lot of attention to the flavours and respecting the seasonal ingredients on offer. The innovative cooking of the restaurant values freshness, balance and quality... pleasure in triplicate!
