MIBRASA® - Charcoal Oven, Parrilla, Robatayaki and Hibachi

MIBRASA at Host Milano 2017, the International capital of Ho.Re.Ca

Mibrasa hosted at 2017’s much-awaited exhibition, Host Milano – Equipment, coffee and food International hospitality exhibition, celebrating their 40th Edition.

 

With 14 pavilions, 2,010 exhibitors from more than 47 countries and more than 150,000 visitors from 172 countries, Host has emerged as the absolute leader in the Ho.Re.Ca sector, retail, mass distribution channel and hotel industries.

 

This year our team of Mibrasa chefs, formed of an eclectic ensemble of renowned chefs and first hand Mibrasa users, performed all-day live cooking demonstrations with the Mibrasa oven, Robatayaki and Hibachi grill.

 

Leaving their kitchens to join us for the five-day show were Marcel Beijerling (De Machinist, Rotterdam), Mariano Citterio (Disfrutar, Barcelona) Paul Ingaroca (ABaC from Jordi Cruz, Barcelona), Ivan Biancardi (Locanda Locatelli, London) and Christian Pérez (Alàbriga Hotel *****GL by Paco Pérez, Girona), together with the rest of the Mibrasa team to share the full Mibrasa experience in the capital of the hospitality and catering sector.
