Following the successful response from the opening of restaurant Play in Dubai, head chef, Reif Othman has taken his imagination a step further to open his second restaurant The Experience. A remodelled version of the Chef’s table, situated in the chic and eclectic private space on the 37th floor of the H Hotel. Dining at The Experience has no limits! 

The exclusive space that seats just 12 offers a specially designed menu, cooked and served by Chef Othman. To book your seat at the Chef’s table, the team at The Experience note down your details and personal preferences and when they match and complement the 12 diners with similar preferences, you are given your booking date. 

We are honoured to have the Mibrasa oven form a part of this creative and dynamic “Mediterrasian” cuisine, fusing flavours and ingredients to give the diner a completely personalised and unique experience.
