HMB 75 - L.E.S.S Bistro - Bruges (Belgium)
L.E.S.S bistro in Bruges, is the second site of owners from 3 Michelin star restaurant Hertog Jan. L.E.S.S, stands for Love, Eat, Share and Smile and the idea is for friends or family to gather in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Head chef Bart Praet leads the L.E.S.S kitchen by combining his creativity with the considerate approach and signature of the Mangeleer-Boudens’ partnership.

The synergy between the two restaurants does not only occur with the ingredients but the cooking processes too, where both kitchens are home to Mibrasa charcoal ovens. The L.E.S.S kitchen offers a menu taking specialised local ecological products from different regions of Spain.
