The restored salt marshes of El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz),  chef Ángel León’s latest dining experience at  Restaurante Aponiente, offer a radical immersion into nature, bringing live fire and the ocean straight to the table.

Reflecting a philosophy built on product transparency and sustainability, we worked alongside Ángel León to create his bespoke Mibrasa Vision. The setup features a Custom Parrilla grill with a refractory brick wall, two independent elevating grills, and a Mibrasa Oven seamlessly integrated into the station.
