Last Monday 25th January, Montagud gastronomic publishers hosted their annual event to celebrate 110 years of editorial history dedicated to gastronomy.The event was held at “AlTrapo” restaurant in the heart of Madrid, where Montagud brought together over 250 guests from authors, chefs and friends.
Mibrasa had the honour in collaborating in the event to cook our oak smoked-planked salmon dish.
