Mibrasa training session at GASMA university

Students studying on the course of Technical Creativity at the University GASMA have received a MIBRASA showcooking. Meat, fish, rice, vegetables...innovative creations and textures that maintain all the traditional flavours.


The Gastronomy and Culinary Management University Centre (Gasma) is a University training, research and innovation centre that aims to develop the gastronomy sector by taking a unique approach. Gasma began delivering training in September 2014 as the first educational institution in Spain to combine the specialities of Gastronomy and Culinary Management.
