Mibrasa at the Sirha Fair in Lyon 2017 with our partner AV Systems

MIBRASA raised the temperature last month at the Sirha 2017 exhibition in Lyon, France.


Standing with our French partner, AV Systems, the Mibrasa oven and Mibrasa Robatayaki grill gave non-stop cooking shows over the 5 days.


Our guest chefs: Iker Erauzkin, co-owner and chef of restaurants Nobook and Uma and sous chef of Nobook, Paul Ingaroca, presented mouth-watering dishes of their star dishes such as “Octopus Popcorn”. Glazed octopus served on dried corn leaves and coated with popcorn, drizzled over with corn and huitlacoche sauce.
