Last week Mibrasa was exhibiting at the Restaurant Show in London’s Olympia grounds, from the 3rd to the 5th of October, with its exclusive UK partners Ascentia food service equipment.
The stand delivered 3 sections of non-stop cooking and tasting demonstrations drawing in visitors from restaurateurs, caterers to suppliers in the food service industry.
Mibrasa certainly sparked a buzz in our crowds with our Catalan development chef, Amèlia Sarocca cooking her especially designed Mibrasa recipes, and generated a lot of talk about the wide variety of possibilities in cooking with the Mibrasa charcoal oven.
