UNION DRVO BEOGRADSKI GASTRO FESTIVAL 2014

 

Union DRVO presented their showroom kitchen at the Belgrade Gastro Festival from 17 - 19 October.

 

The cooking demonstrations were given by Serbian chefs Vanja Puskar, Dejan Maksimovic, and Dragomir Ostojic and supporting MIBRASA Charcoal Ovens, corporate chef, Johan De Clerq. 

 

The team used all the products on display to prepare specially crafted dishes to suit every taste and palate.


 






MIBRASA STYLE MENU:
 
      - Mixed shellfish "Busara style"
      - Stewed venison with sour cream puree
      - Stewed octopus with beans
      - Grilled duck breast with wild mushrooms
      - Beef tripe with pepper-honey marinade and cream of barley and cheese
      - Aged Serbian entrecôte
      - Serbian T-bone steak
      - Grilled prawns with garlic
      - Seafood risotto
      - Chicken with seafood
      - Grilled salmon and vegetables
      - Grilled pork tenderloin
