New collaboration agreement between "Gremi" and Mibrasa

“Gremi de Restauració" from Barcelona and Mibrasa have started a joint partnership, offering advantageous conditions for its members in the hotel and restaurant sector in Barcelona.

Mibrasa will offer all Gremi members the possibility of attending and sharing classes and workshops in authentic grill cooking, preparation and tasting recipes. Conducted by well-known and distinguished chefs, the workshops will take place in gastronomic space, la Foodieteca, located in the heart of Barcelona.

Mibrasa works closely with restaurateurs and their kitchens, enabling us to analyse and customise to their every need. In offering this unique product, the chef can then go on to further develop their own creative dishes.
