Another Mibrasa experience held a few weeks ago at the restaurant Comuna in Monterrey, Mexico. The special event organised by our partner in Mexico International, brought together over 60 chefs and professionals from the hospitality sector.
A gastronomic evening to remember with our close friend and chef Alfredo Villanueva from restaurant Romero y Azahar, who presented a 3 course meal accompanied by dessert all prepared in the Mibrasa oven.
