HORECA FLANDERS EXPO 23-27 NOV 2014, GHENT (BELGIUM)

Following last year’s great exhibition at the Horeca Expo Ghent 2014, MIBRASA returned to the fair again to present our ovens and give live cooking demonstrations to our guests.

Over the five days, we supported our Belgian dealers BOSSUYT GROOTKEUKENS. In addition to our grilling demos, Belgian’s North Sea chefs collaborated with BOSSUYT and MIBRASA to cook exquisite seafood dishes using produce only fished from their local North Sea.

We were pleased to meet more professionals from the hospitality trade from all over the world who paid us a visit and to see the oven in action.
