DEMO WITH 3 STAR MICHELIN CHEF GERT DE MANGELEER

Wednesday 23rd of April the three Michelin star chef Gert de Mangeleer visited MIBRASA factory in Palamós with his team and with our Belgium dealer BOSSUYT. We organized a demonstration for them with our corporate Chef Johan de Clerq. Chef de Mangeleer ordered 2 Mibrasa charcoal ovens for his restaurant Hertog Jan, which reopens July 2014. It was a fantastic day, and together we prepared amazing dishes.

We would like to thank Chef de Mangeleer, his team and our partner BOSSUYT for their visit; we hope to see each other again soon.
