The Mibrasa Hibachi is a high quality, portable mini grill, created to be used in restaurants on a professional level as well as for personal use for cooking at home with friends and family in all kinds of environment. It is available in tree sizes, the MH150 for 1 to 2 people; the MH 300 for 3 or 4, and the MH 300 Plus for 6 or 8 people.

 

Hibachi is a Japanese cooking style in which the ingredients are prepared on a small portable grill. This cooking technique transforms a meal into an interactive culinary experience. It has an elegant and operational design, made with steel of the highest resilience by the same hands which make the Mibrasa ovens. It is possible to cook using either charcoal or lava rocks.

 

Its combination with Mibrasa Ovens is perfect, allowing for the diner to interact and become an active participant in the creative process in the making of the dish.
