DEMO WITH 3 STAR MICHELIN CHEF GERT DE MANGELEER

GertdeMangeleervisitMIBRASA-24Wednesday 23rd of April the three Michelin star chef Gert de Mangeleer visited MIBRASA factory in Palamós with his team and with our Belgium dealer BOSSUYT. We organized a demonstration for them with our corporate Chef Johan de Clerq. Chef de Mangeleer ordered 2 Mibrasa charcoal ovens for his restaurant Hertog Jan, which reopens July 2014. It was a fantastic day, and together we prepared amazing dishes.

 

MIBRASA DEMOS WITH OUR DISTRIBUTOR DIETA IN FINLAND

In the week of 28 April 2014, our corporate chef Johan de Clercq visited our Finnish dealer DIETA. Along with DIETA's project manager Nina and the key account manager Kimmo, Johan visited restaurant Brigitta, where they placed a MIBRASA this year. Johan did a MIBRASA demo for the 4 young chefs of this restaurant, cooking all type of dishes. All of them are now ready to prepare delicious dishes in the MIBRASA oven.

 

MIBRASA IN HORECA EQUIPMENT FAIR 2014 (BELGRADE, SERBIA)

MIBRASA was present at the Ho.Re.Ca Equipment Fair from February 27th – March 2nd 2014 (Belgrade, Serbia).

 

We participated alongside our exclusive distributor of the region UNION DRVO offering demonstrations and tastings for all the guests.

 

MIBRASA AT HORECAVA 2014, AMSTERDAM

MIBRASA has begun the year taking part in HORECAVA 2014 (Amsterdam), the most important fair in the Netherlands within the HORECA sector, which took place from the 13th – 16th January.

 

They were four fantastic days, in which we cooked a wide variety of dishes in the “Holland Restaurant” together with our Dutch distributor, REGEER

 

MIBRASA INSTALLED IN THE MICHELIN STARRED DUTCH RESTAURANT LA TRINITÉ

"La Trinite" is located in Sluis, Holland. Managed by chef Francois de Potter and awarded with 1 Michelin star and 17 Gault Millau points, we are now proud to announce the new member of its kitchen, a black MIBRASA HMB 75 oven.
