On sunday 17th June Andoni Luis Aduriz organized the culinary party of the year to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Mugaritz. Coinciding with The World’s 50 Best restaurants ceremony held in Bilbao, an extraordinary gathering of the tops in the culinary world.
Some described the celebration as the Woodstock of gastronomy that reunited a 1000 friends. A day full of clowns, games and mimes; live concerts, oysters and a lot, a lot of MIBRASA grilling. Mibrasa ovens were cooking up a storm with succulent grilled steaks to smoky sardines.
Ferran Adriá (Aduriz’s former mentor), Juan Mari and Elena Arzak, Massimo Bottura, Dan Barber, Rodolfo Guzmán (mentored by Aduriz) and Joan Roca were to name of few of the masters in company.
