Mibrasa participates in the MAFSI Conference, United States

For the first time, team Mibrasa USA participated in the MAFSI Conference (January 24-27) held at Naples Grande Resort. Presenting our range of products, USA Mibrasa chef Devon Shires orchestrated a live Mibrasa charcoal oven cooking demonstration to professionals from the foodservice industry. On the Mibrasa menu was grilled Entrecote, hummus and Vegetables; mussels with green coconut curry and grilled chicken wings with chipotle.

MAFSI is a commercial association in the foodservice sector and home to 275 representative agencies, 260 manufacturers and 2400 members, commercial and marketing professionals throughout the United States and Canada.
