Yesterday Foodieteca hosted a workshop titled "Healthy eating as a new trend in consumption habits in the gastronomy and hospitality industry", organised by Foodieteca and All About Food Mag.
Attendees from the communication and hospitality sectors were present at the event including guest speakers lead by:
Xavier Pellicer, Director of Restaurant Barracuda (ex-owner of Can Fabes y Àbac), Jordi Barri, Director of Flax & Kale, Roger Ortuño, Creator of web blog comerjaponés.com, Isabel Coderch, General manager of Restaurantes Sostenibles, Isabel Piñol, Director of Hostelco Fira Barcelona, Mario Cañizal, Partner of All About Food mag.
Mibrasa prepared two tasting tapas accompanied by a Martini cocktail:
• Grilled quail with grapefruit and egg paired with Martini Rosso.
• Grilled cod ceviche with mote and candied lemon paired with Martini Bianco.
