The Mibrasa team exhibited at the Gulfood 2016 fair in Dubai participating with our United Arab Emirates partner, TSSC.


Throughout the five days chefs and clients visited the stand from all the GCC and Asian countries. Our team of chefs were the height of the event giving continuous Mibrasa cooking demonstrations.


The star dishes included grilled tiger prawns, beef fillet, cod fillet with ailoli gratin, grilled mixed vegetables and the Mibrasa signature dish, grilled salmon smoked on oak and cedar wood.
