RESTAURANT AND CATERING FAIR “GASTVRIJ ROTTERDAM”

MIBRASA® presented at the Gastvrij Rotterdam catering fair alongside our Dutch dealer Regeer Grooteukentechniek.

From the 22 - 24 September MIBRASA® ovens were on display at our stand with our corporate chefs at hand to give live demonstrations cooking high-quality dishes.

Professionals from all over the catering industry came to network and visit our stand, and were eager to see a MIBRASA® in action and learn more about its advantages.

We had the honour of being paid a special visit by 2 Michelin star Dutch chef François Geurds, owner of FG Restaurants and FG Foodlabs in Rotterdam, of which the latter has a HMB AB 75 installed.

Dutch TV channel SBS 6 also came and interviewed our chef, Johan de Clerq and our Dutch dealer Harry Regeer, which will appear on the Holland Horecaland program.

We really enjoyed the Gastvrij Rotterdam fair. We hope to see you there next year.
