Mibrasa cooking at the Fine food show 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand

Mibrasa ovens are in all corners of the world! Last week our New Zealand partner, Wildfire Commercial kitchen were getting stuck in with Mibrasa cooking demonstrations at Auckland’s 2016 Fine food show.


The Wildfire stand generated a lot of interest cooking a variety of foods from slow-cooked sous-vide Tomahawk steaks finished in the Mibrasa oven to Mibrasa grilled salmon fillet on smoked oak planks.


All in all, amazing results with a great turnout and already looking forward to next years' fair!
