Mibrasa at "La fira de la Gamba" Palamós, Spanish Costa Brava

Last week Mibrasa exhibited and cooked the town's speciality, Palamós prawns at “La fira de la gamba” in the Spanish coastal town and home to Mibrasa, Palamós.


The fair hosted local restaurants and businesses at the fisherman’s port “Moll pesquer” welcoming guests to tastings of the infamous Palamós red prawns, accompanied by wine from the region’s wineries.


The Mibrasa menu cooked on the day:

- Catalan “Fideuà” with Palamós prawns
- Grilled Palamós prawns
- Palamós prawns smoked on oak Wood
- Mixed grilled vegetables
