A successful show at Fine Food Australia 2016 in Melbourne with our partner, Comcater.
Comcater’s executive corporate chef Glenn Wright and Mibrasa chef Martí performed non-stop cooking demonstrations with selective local produce cooked to perfection in the Mibrasa oven.
Wagyu brioche sliders, slow-cooked pork belly finished in the Mibrasa and served with caramelised apple, salmon smoked on orange wood and grilled whole Barramundi fish, to name a few.
