Mexican born chef Rodrigo Palet opens his second restaurant taking on a different approach in offering his diners a complete dining experience.
On installing the Mibrasa HMB 75 oven, Palet was particularly inspired to revolve many of his hot dishes menu around the unique charcoal grill flavour given off by the oven.
