MIBRASA at Hostelco – Alimentaria 2018

Hostelco and Alimentaria joined forces to form the national Ho.Re.Ca event of the year in Barcelona, Spain. With 8 halls, 4,500 exhibitors and more than 150,000 visitors from all over the world, we wouldn’t have missed it for anything.  

 

Every corner of the Mibrasa stand was a source of inspiration for charcoal cooking; displaying our product range of charcoal ovens, Robatayaki, Hibachi grills and our newly released showpiece, the Parrilla by Mibrasa. Robustness, quality and ergonomics in one sole product to ensure the perfect cook!

 

Our team of chefs rolled out a show stopping tasting menu with the mission to explain our cooking philosophy and share what it really is to cook with a machine made by Mibrasa.

 

We would like to thank Paco Pérez and his team from Miramar** for their Robatayaki master class; Jordi Perich from the restaurant Cal Carter for their delectable dishes of foie and Catalan rice; and Cristina García from the restaurant Mont Bar in Barcelona for her innovative coal-fired desserts. We also wish to extend our thanks to our collaborating partners; Collverd for their quality poultry and Fisan for their exquisite meat produce.
