La Foodieteca is a new gastronomic space situated in Barcelona's old town, on Via Laietana. The creative space has a multifunctional use to host gastronomy events from private parties to culinary workshops, master classes and courses.

This locale will transport you to a unique culinary experience, based on principles of sustainability, where organic or ecological products are locally sourced according to the seasonal market.
Just as MIBRASA is synonymous with quality, La Foodieteca is with creativity, which is why MIBRASA has joined forces with this new creative and gastronomic hub. Installed in La Foodieteca is a black MIBRASA HMB AB-SB 75, where it acts as the principal role in many of the events and workshops held here, as well as holding regular MIBRASA demos and tastings to new clients and professionals in the hospitality sector.
Behind this project, are entrepreneurs María Labat and partner Jordi Vidal, co-founder of the chain restaurant Udon. Both self-confessed Foodies, they share a common vision for gastronomy whilst offering visitors an unforgettable experience at the very foot of the Roman walls in Barcelona's Gothic quarter.
